Features
The Cream Oxidant contains 3% hydrogen peroxide, which opens the hair cuticles to allow good colour penetration.
Creamy consistency that mixes easily with REFECTOCIL® tint to form a homogeneous paste that can be applied very easily to lashes and brows.
Directions for use
Mix 2 cm of tint with 15–20 drops of 3% REFECTOCIL® Cream Oxidant in a glass dish.
Wearing gloves is recommended.
