Shipping Your Package
ZENDA SA makes every effort to ensure that ordered items are shipped within 2–4 business days.
Estimated delivery times are 24 to 96 hours depending on the served regions.
This timeframe is indicative; ZENDA SA cannot be held responsible for possible delivery delays. No compensation can be claimed.
Shipping fees include handling and packaging costs as well as postage.
We recommend consolidating your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Return Procedure
In case of a return request, the Customer must obtain prior authorization from Customer Service before returning any merchandise.
No merchandise will be accepted without prior approval from ZENDA SA.
Upon receiving return authorization, the Customer has 7 business days to return the merchandise. After this period, the return will be refused. Returns must be made using the original packaging. The Customer bears all risks associated with the return. Except in the case of justified returns due to defects, return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
