This developer ensures a perfect colouring result and can be safely used on the sensitive area around the eyes.
Features
The Liquid Oxidant is made of 3% hydrogen peroxide which opens the hair cuticles to allow good penetration of the colour.
Liquid oxidant specially developed for tinting eyelashes and eyebrows.
Directions for use
Mix 2 cm of tint with 10 drops of 3% REFECTOCIL® Liquid Oxidant in a glass dish.
Wearing gloves is recommended.
