General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
All orders of equipment and materials from ZENDA SA are subject to the terms and conditions below and imply full acceptance by our customers.
1. Scope and Modification of GTC
By placing an order with ZENDA SA, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted the GTC without reservation. If the Customer disagrees, they should refrain from ordering.
ZENDA SA reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time without notice by publishing a new version on the website (which replaces the previous version). Any order placed after the publication of a new version constitutes acceptance of the new GTC.
2. Product Information
Although ZENDA SA strives to provide complete and accurate information, photos, product descriptions, and stock status in the catalog and on the website are non-contractual and indicative only. Technical specifications, modifications, or improvements are expressly reserved. ZENDA SA reserves the right to deliver items in their latest version.
3. Prices and Payment
ZENDA SA reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
All prices are net in Swiss francs ex-warehouse, shipping fees extra.
Minimum order: CHF 95 net, flat-rate shipping CHF 13.90 net, insurance included.
Free shipping from CHF 300 net. Express shipping: CHF 18.
For promotional items, shipping costs apply even for orders over CHF 300.
Delivery costs for devices and furniture depend on weight/volume. Payment term: 30 days net, no discount.
Interest of 6% applies from day 40; CHF 10 per reminder. Goods remain the property of the seller until full payment. Price and item changes reserved. New customers must pay in advance.
Credit and leasing requests are subject to applicable legislation.
Refunds are made by credit note.
4. Delivery
ZENDA SA makes every effort to ship ordered products within 2–4 business days. Estimated delivery: 24–96 hours depending on the region. This timeframe is indicative. ZENDA SA cannot be held responsible for delays. Delivery times for out-of-stock items will be communicated by sales.
5. Warranty
All equipment (except cosmetics) in the Cabine Exclusive catalog is guaranteed for 2 years, parts and labor excluding accessories. Unless otherwise stated, invoice date marks the start of the warranty. Warranty ceases if the buyer repairs or attempts repair. Damages from impact, accident, fire, misuse, or poor maintenance are excluded. Accessories are not covered. No claim for compensation is possible.
6. Claims
The Customer must notify Customer Service in writing (email or post) or by phone within 5 business days of receipt of goods; otherwise, the goods are considered accepted.
7. Return Procedure
For return requests, the Customer must obtain prior authorization from Customer Service. No merchandise will be accepted without prior approval.
Upon receiving return authorization, the Customer has 7 business days to return the merchandise. After this period, the return will be refused. Returns must be in the original packaging. The Customer bears all risks. Except for justified defects, return costs are borne by the Customer.
8. Liability
ZENDA SA cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences, on persons or property, from the use of the equipment listed in the catalog.
9. Place of Performance
Place of performance and jurisdiction: Monthey (Valais), Switzerland.
